  • 5% Rate discount for stays of four (4) weeks or longer.
  • All rates (including Specials) subject to Hawaii Taxes of 12.41%.
    (13.41% tax on stays July 1, 2010 & after)
  • All rates (including Specials) are based on 7 night minimum stay. Shorter stays at owner's discretion for an additional charge.
  • The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival and a supply of linens for your stay will be furnished. Weekly or daily maid service and additional linens are available upon request,

Payment and Cancellation Policy
We ask for a deposit of either 50% of your rental fee, or five (5) nights rental fee, whichever is less. For rental periods of three weeks or more, the deposit policy is 50% of your rental fee or ten (10) nights rental fee, whichever is less. Your deposit and signed Rental Agreement are due within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Payment of the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be made if a cancellation notice is received 45 days prior to arrival date. After that date, deposit is forfeited.
